Please note that customized jerseys and worn footwear cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in 'field-ready' condition.

Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
